Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using The SDR Course ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract content from the Service
  • Resell or redistribute training content generated by the Service

4. AI-generated content

The Service uses AI to generate training playbooks, practice scenarios, and scoring feedback. AI-generated content is provided "as is" and may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before relying on it in your sales activities.

5. Billing and payments

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — email jamie@thesdrcourse.com within 14 days of purchase.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, code, and training methodology, is owned by The SDR Course. Your company playbook data remains yours — you can export or delete it at any time.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
