The SDR Course is built by Jamie Partridge, founder of Uplift GTM, an outsourced SDR agency. After training hundreds of reps one-on-one, I built this platform to scale what works — personalised training that's tailored to each company's product and market.

Why I built this

Running an outsourced SDR agency, I saw the same problem everywhere: companies hire SDRs, give them a product deck and a CRM login, and expect them to start booking meetings. There's no structured practice, no personalised training, and no way to measure skill development.

The training that does exist is either generic (the same cold calling scripts for every industry), expensive (enterprise programmes your company won't pay for), or locked behind tool subscriptions (learn Salesloft, not sales).

I built The SDR Course to solve this. Enter your company URL and the AI builds a complete training playbook — your product, your ICP, your competitors, your objections. Then your reps practise with AI prospects that sound like their actual buyers. Every session is scored with specific, actionable feedback.

It's the training I wish existed when I was ramping SDR teams manually. Now it scales.
